Do you handle permits for outdoor tent rentals?

Yes! The outdoor tent rental requires permits for tents of certain sizes, but you don’t have to break a sweat because we handle any necessary tent or assembly permits on your behalf, so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork. It’s best to book early since permits may take a few weeks to process.

What size tent will fit my event?

The size depends on your guest count and event setup. In general, plan for roughly 10-12 sq feet per guest for a seated meal and about 8 sq feet per person for a standing cocktail-style event. However, every event is different, and we will gladly help you find the perfect tent size for your event.

How much time do you take for setup on the day of the event?

We arrive well before the event to make sure everything is settled in time. Depending on the setup, it typically takes us 90 to 120 minutes for a standard décor and backdrop arrangement. If you want an extended setup, then it might take a bit longer, so we will coordinate with your venue to get early access if needed.
