How do I book your décor and backdrop services?

We aim to make the booking process simple and hassle-free.To get started, just reach out to us—you can call, email, or fill out the contact form on our website with your event details. We recommend you book early for popular dates. Depending upon availability, our team will guide you through the process and send a clear quote. After the deposit payment, we take care of delivery, setup, and pickup.

How much time do you take for setup on the day of the event?

We arrive well before the event to make sure everything is settled in time. Depending on the setup, it typically takes us 90 to 120 minutes for a standard décor and backdrop arrangement. If you want an extended setup, then it might take a bit longer, so we will coordinate with your venue to get early access if needed.

Can you accommodate outdoor events if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

Yes! We can accommodate outdoors. Our décor and photo backdrops are made of sturdy, weather-appropriate materials to ensure quality, safety, and durability. If there’s a chance for rain or high winds, we’ll arrange for a tent or indoor space to keep everything looking great and in order.

What sizes are your backdrops, and how do I choose the right size?
